Nice enough staff. My opinion is that they have VERY Horrible service practices which felt very unethical. I will not return and suggest you be very cautious with your service billings at his store. The experience reminded me of dealer who bangs everyone to ring their register. So I paid and wont return. Be careful! I ordered a part online for $128.29 and provided my VIN as requested. Then nothing happened for almost 4 weeks. I contacted the parts dept and found out they published the wrong price online, lost my VIN number, and wanted to charge me $115.62 more! This is a prime example of a TOTAL LACK of competence. Don't buy anything from them. Pathetic.

My 2020 Range Rover Sport broke down on the side of the Florida turnpike (09/16/22), and I called for LR Roadside Assistance. The agent refused to assist me and told me I had to call the Road Ranger to tow off the turnpike. An hour later the Road Ranger came and told me that this is not true, and in fact he cannot legally tow me, that I need a tow truck. I then call a local tow company they recommended. This dealership was the closest, so I opted to have it towed there. HUGE MISTAKE!

I have been a long term, over 20 years and XX cars) customer of Jaguar West Palm Beach and have always received excellent service. I bought a Land Rover for my wife, believing I would have the same level of customer service. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I purchased four new tires with the advertised road hazard coverage. In June of this year, I ran over a nail, and it was in such a place the tire could not be repaired and had to be replaced.
