Nice enough staff. My opinion is that they have VERY Horrible service practices which felt very unethical. I will not return and suggest you be very cautious with your service billings at his store. My experience with recent purchase of my Range Rover Evoque was exceptional. Lisa Guarini was excellent. She listened to my needs and wish list and there was never any undue pressure placed on me to make a deal. She created an atmosphere where I felt genuine respect and concern for making my car buying experience as stress free and pleasant as possible. She is an excellent employee and her customer service should be modeled as a best practice at your dealership and throughout the Land Rover Company.
Debbie Brody was fantastic. I was not sure which model i wanted and she showed me everything. She is very knowledgeable and kind. I never felt pressured to move on any one car and we worked together for a week until I found the right one.

I ordered a part online for $128.29 and provided my VIN as requested. Then nothing happened for almost 4 weeks. I contacted the parts dept and found out they published the wrong price online, lost my VIN number, and wanted to charge me $115.62 more! This is a prime example of a TOTAL LACK of competence. Don't buy anything from them. Pathetic.
