Disclaimer and rules of auction:
The purpose of this auction is to raise funds for the charity Place of Hope. Below is a brief description of how the auction will work.
- The Auction will start at $170,000 and any funds raised over that will be donated to the Place of Hope,
- In order to place a bid you must fill out the contact form with your contact information, and place your bid amount in the comment section.
- A dedicated staff member will contact you to place your bid and accept your $1,000 good faith deposit.
- In the event you are not the winning bidder, your deposit will be returned to you after the auction is over.
- In the event you are the winning bidder, you will be contacted with specific instructions regarding payment for the car.
- Payment in full including all taxes and fees will be due within 48 hours of auction close or deposit will be forfeited as well as the winning bid.
The car will be awarded to the next highest bidder.
- This car must be registered, and all applicable fees and sales tax paid.
- This car is not available for dealers, brokers, exporters or wholesalers.
